Mock User with fields (First Name , Last name, …) to use in a FunctionalTest Drupal 8 / 9

How is it possible to mock a User with some simple text fields (First name, Last Name) in a Functional Test (Extending BrowserTestBase) without having to create config for this in the modules /config/optional or /config/install folder of the custom module there this Test is implemented ? (The config already lives in the projects /config/sync dir and has a lot of other dependencies ,for other user fields like image, ..)
