Get dependable day-to-day website support, an initial response within 24 hours, and a clear view of what is being fixed, watched, and improved.
Website service plans
Both are recurring month-to-month plans with an invoice issued each month, no long-term commitment, and cancellation with 30 days’ notice. They cover the same maintenance scope; the difference is how much working time is reserved for your business.

$499/ month
Up to 8 hours of support each month
Need more time in a month? We ask first, then approved maintenance time beyond the plan is billed at our current regular hourly rate.
The first month
The first month establishes a safe technical baseline. Access and platform limitations can change the exact setup, and any substantial repair discovered during onboarding is scoped before we proceed.
We meet to understand the business, current problems, priorities, hosting, website platform, integrations, and the people responsible for each system.
We document the current hosting, domains, DNS, website stack, important services, deployment path, and other details needed to work safely.
Access is transferred through a secure channel—not scattered across an ordinary email thread—and reviewed before maintenance begins.
Where technically applicable, we create a private code repository, back up the database, and establish a local development environment so changes can be tested without affecting the live site.
What general maintenance includes
These plans are for ongoing care, fixes, and measured improvements—not a vague “support” promise nobody can quite locate when something breaks.
Text, image, link, navigation, responsive-layout, browser, and styling fixes that fit the existing site.
Contact forms, notifications, booking paths, calls to action, broken links, and common 404 problems.
Supported CMS, theme, plugin, and core updates when access and active licenses are available.
Backup and recovery-point checks where hosting supports them, plus SSL, domain, uptime, and speed spot checks.
Analytics, conversion tracking, and key customer-action checks so a silent failure does not become a quarterly surprise.
Practical spot checks and small corrections for keyboard use, labels, contrast, readability, and mobile friction.
We review indexing, search visibility, metadata, schema, internal links, and obvious local-search issues, then report what changed and what deserves attention next.
We use available plan time on agreed priorities such as a deeper website audit, SEO cleanup, content improvements, or conversion-path review.
Emergency access
Plan clients can reach us 24 hours a day for emergency website repair when a site is offline, compromised, or actively harming customers.

That protects the monthly time and keeps priorities understandable. It also prevents a “small change” from quietly growing legs and becoming a software company.
Routine fixes, upkeep, checks, small updates, and improvements that fit the existing website and available monthly hours.
New features, new integrations, major redesigns, rebuilds, migrations, and other work that needs its own scope and schedule.
We provide an initial response within 24 hours. Resolution timing depends on the issue, access, third-party systems, and the work required.
Plan inquiry
We will review the site and confirm whether a monthly plan is the right fit. If it needs a larger cleanup first, we will say so before the recurring service begins.
