Facet Search – bullets, tick boxes and line breaks

Before I resort to hacking and tweaking am I missing something with Facet search and it’s display?

I have opted for tick boxes as the selection option but am still seeing the bullet points from a list option? Also we seem to have some weird line break issues.

In the image below I’m hoping the issues are quite clear – but if you’d like any more info please ask… Apologies for being the Drupal n00b
