Built on a Drupal platform, dovetailsoftware.com now features a rejuvenated design with multifaceted functionality. By implementing an easy-to-use content management system, Dovetail can now make content updates and changes across 100% of their website. We created a custom code that migrated Dovetail’s existing blogs and support forums into the site, providing a unified theme and integrating them into one place for the first time. Users can ask support specialist questions and share support topics across numerous social networks. We designed several unique graphics and banners that are showcased throughout the site, including a sliding hero piece on the home page. We also implemented a Drupal interactive screenshot gallery where users can find product screenshots of any software difficulties they might be experiencing.
