Is this possible to go Drupal 8 to 9 without Composer ? (Intranet)

And thank to take time for answer me. I work on intranet who don’t get internet connexion and now it’s time to update Drupal 8 to 9. I update all modules manually but for LDAP or PRINTABLE, the update.php council me to use Composer for download dependences. It’s totaly forbidden for my office to use internet. Is this possible to download and install manually this dependences ?

Error : LDAP LIBRARY Missing SymfonyComponentLdapLdap You are missing a critical dependency, you should install via Composer which povides it.

PRINTABLE Not available The Printable module depends on the wa72/htmlpagedom library. Please insxtall the library using composer and the enable this module.

My trouble is, i can’t connect to internet for use composer. How download new dependences for Drupal 9 without composer ?
