I don’t find shared hosting for Drupal and seek another hosting model

In the era of Drupal 5-6-7 I used to host Drupal websites on shared hosting.
Drush was always installed and routinely upgraded to adjust major major Drupal releases but since then I encounter harsh problems in finding any Drupal compliant shared hosting supporting 8-9 so that I get the impression that shared hosting companies anywhere have become WordPress oriented and don’t really care much about any other content management system anymore (I might be wrong).

I’ve tried using IaaS hosting but found to lose too much time on establishing an hosting environment rather than focusing on website building and content development.

I need an hosting model in which I don’t have to do anything about server management, SSL or information security (unless it’s security of the Drupal application itself).

Using what hosting model could solve my problem?
