How to send data from the webform table to a table within the same database?

I have thought about doing it in two ways one is to create a trigger in the table and send that data to the table I need, but I do not understand the structure of that table how do I go through it to get the information I need.

the second way I tried to create a plugin, a module and several versions of the same and they do not load in the handler, the truth is I do not know what I’m doing wrong the documentation there is obsolete drupal 7 or 8 but as I said neither recognize the plugin and block the webform module
