Generate pdfs that are 508 compliant in Drupal 9

I would like to know if there it is possible to generate a pdf that is 508 compliant.

I have used Zend pdf, but it doesn’t generate 508 compliant pdfs.

Couldn’t find anything useful in the documentations of mpdf and dompdf as well, any guidance would be very helpful. Thanks.
