Find any webpage which isn’t linked from the central content area of at least one other webpage

I normally create at least one central internal link1 into any webpage so that any webpage in my website is linked from the central area of at least one other webpage.

Seldom I might forget to create such a link and the webpage won’t be linked from the central area of any webpage and thus be a "lonely webpage".

How could I find all "lonely pages" so to then create a link to them?

1. A link which isn’t in the peripheral ("<aside>") area such as a header/sidebar/footer link
