Drupal 9.3.7 front page redirects to user/1 profile page

Whenever I am logged in, the front page always takes me to my admin (user/1) page.

So, following mysite.com –> mysite.com/user/1

The site is not a fresh installation. There’s enough content on the site, and there is even a page–front.html.twig template.

There’s no issue viewing anything when I am not logged in.

Moreover, there is an associated problem.

Once I am logged out, mysite.com/user refreshes me back to mysite.com.

I am having to reset my password every time going directly to mysite.com/user/password?name=admin (which thankfully does not refresh/rediect)

I am on D 9.3.7
