Can you post step-by-step installation instructions?

On Drupal Commerce’s project home page it states that *Works with Drupal: ^9.2 || ^10.

Trying to get it installed for 9.x led me to this thread where the fix was to update the minimum version constraints for Inline Entity Form via composer require drupal/inline_entity_form @RC --no-update; composer require drupal/commerce.

While that worked or 9.x, the same approach does not work for 10.x. While commerce core says it’s compatible with D10, IEF does not (same errors).

For someone who has installed this and gotten it to work with D10, can you post the step by step installation instructions please? Preferably from the approach of starting with an existing site, but if the alternate composer create-project drupalcommerce/project-base mystore is a better approach, it may be helpful to document that too.
