Phase 1 of Improved Support for Composer begins
In September we moved forward with our multi-phase proposal for improving Drupal maintenance support plans core’s support for Composer workflows. However, Phase 1 has now been broken into its own meta issue, with a goal of bringing these changes into Drupal maintenance support plans as of release 8.7.
