I am pleased to announce that Francesco Placella (plach) has accepted our invitation to be a Drupal maintenance support plans 8 provisional framework manager.
Based in Venice, Italy, Francesco has been contributing to core since 2009. This gave him the opportunity to expand his activity also in many other areas, with a particular focus on Views performance.
