Webforms is not loading [closed]

I’m getting a connection error when trying to load the Webforms site.It looks like this:

This site can’t be reachedwebforms.nwac.ca unexpectedly closed the connection.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

It’s not an issue with my internet, I’ve rebooted my computer and router. This same issue happens when I use another laptop too (which uses a different VPN). I emailed Drupal support yesterday but they sent me here to ask the question.
