Post Uninstalling lightning error

I have uninstalled lightning i followed the official doc procedure to uninstall lightning. Post uninstalling all the websites works fine. But when i login to the website and click on couple of tabs such as extend and configuration i get this error.

I tried clearing the cache using drush and as well as the Flush all caches but nothing is working out.

Any advice please
