Mix shipping and not shipping products

I have at Commerce site with physical and digital product. I made a shipping method for both product types.

Everything works when I only buy one of the product types. How do I hide the digital shipping method (zero) when I buy both a digital and a physical product?

It could be done with a negotiate condition, but as far as I can see there is no working solution for that yet.
