If is block name

I have an ACF block called “Image” (acf/image). Here’s a simplified version of how the template looks:

<?php
/**
 * Image Block Template.
 */
$image = get_field( 'image' );
?>
<img src="<?php echo wp_get_attachment_image_url( $image, 'cover' ); ?>" alt="Some Alt Text" class="cover">

This block is being loaded inside several other ACF blocks using the magic of inner blocks. Here’s a simplified version of how it loads within an ACF block called “Text”:

<?php
/**
 * Text Block Template.
 */
// My acf/image block is called here
$allowed_blocks = array( 'acf/image', 'core/heading', 'core/paragraph' );
echo '<InnerBlocks allowedBlocks="' . esc_attr( wp_json_encode( $allowed_blocks ) ) . '" />';
?>

I’m looking for a condition that detects the type of block acf/image is inside of. For example, if it’s inside the text block, I’d like to add a class or some wording. Something like:

<?php
/**
 * Image Block Template.
 */
$image = get_field( 'image' );
if ( is_block( 'acf/text' ) ) { echo '<p>This text shows when inside the acf/text block.</p>; }
?>
<img src="<?php echo wp_get_attachment_image_url( $image, 'cover' ); ?>" alt="Some Alt Text" loading="lazy" class="cover">

I’ve stumbled across the function has_block(), but this detects whether the block is loaded on the page.

Is there a WordPress function that can check the parent block name and then execute a condition based on the name?
