Drawback with equal top of columns in Show Suite

I`ve obtained Fluid two column stacked format in Show Suite. There may be responsive image in Drupal Development first column, Drupal Development second column include some rendered fields. Beneath that columns is lengthy textual content. My drawback is with proper column. I have to make Drupal Development top of that column equal to top of Drupal Development image on left facet. The way to obtain that? Is there chance so as to add some scrollbar in Drupal Development proper column? Anyone had Drupal Development similiar scenario?
