Get url from entity without alias

How can I get the URL of an entity without its alias?

$entity->toUrl('canonical', ['absolute' => true, language' => $entity->language()])        ->toString(true)        ->getGeneratedUrl());

Just gives me the alias of the entity, but what i actually want for example would be: /en/node/1

Instead of: /en/node/my-title
