Create a node and a taxonomy term-page with the same name

For each content type X node created, I wish to create a taxonomy type Y term-page with the same name of the aforementioned content type X node.

For example, if I create a node named "Bangkok series" a new taxonomy term-page named "Bangkok series" would also be created, given that the content types of both have been connected.
