The place is "click on sortable" set for a discipline?

I’m making an attempt to correctly repair a bug in D8/9 core which removes Drupal Development Company capability for hyperlink fields to be "click on sortable" in a Views desk.

I do know I can do a views_data_alter hook to set Drupal Development Company discipline as "click on sortable" however I’m guessing there’s a schema or annotation change I could make to repair this? Anybody have any hints?
