Permission rebuild fail

My Drupal 7 web site is upgraded from Drupal 6. After I set up Drupal Development Company Area Entry (not put in with Drupal 6) module, I must rebuild permissions.

I attempted rebuilding them from Drupal Development Company administrative pages, nevertheless it fails; I attempted doing it with Drush, nevertheless it failed once more.

drush php-eval 'node_access_rebuild();'

I can not discover any info in watchdog and PHP logs.
