Modal Error Messages Displaying on Foremost web page

I’ve a web page. As soon as i click on on Button on that web page. It opens jQuery Modal.

In that Modal Field. I am rendering Kind. I’ve put 1 fields check as required true.

Subject is once I click on on Submit button. It closes Modal Field & displaying errors on Foremost Web page.

I would like that when it clicks on Submit button. It won’t shut Modal Field & Show errors on Modal field as a substitute of Foremost web page.
