Breakpoints from customized theme not sowing in "group breakpoints subject"

I am having an issue that i merely cannot discover find out how to resolve it. I’ve created a customized theme based mostly on Drupal Development Service "claro" from drupal core. Then I’ve put in Drupal Development Service modules Breakpoints + Responsive Picture.

I’ve renamed Drupal Development Service theme as "nescau", and created a brand new breakpoints file. "nescau.breakpoints.yml". I’ve created 2 breakpoints: "nescau.cell", and "nescau.desktop" to check Drupal Development Service module.

so I can add picture kinds for Drupal Development Service breakpoints, Drupal Development Service nescau.breakpoints would not present in Drupal Development Service subject "group".
