Tell us something about you that fans should know:
I'm a pretty chill guy, I just like making music. As an artist I try not to constrict myself too much its more what I'm feeling at that time I think thats an important part of music or else you lose touch with a certain depth of the music. I make grunge, indie, shoegaze, punk and blues music mainly. As an artist who moved around a lot as a kid I had a lot of different music influences growing up but I still overall tend to prefer older music and thats where most of my influence comes from. I would say my biggest influences are Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and Meat Puppets. I think that grunge and punk music can be defined in a lot of ways and I'm really just trying to completely embody those tones and dynamics to create something unique.
Where are you from and what’s the music scene like there?
Im originally from a little outside of Atlanta but I moved around a bunch as a kid. I've lived in Boston area for the majority of my life though. Mix of rural and urban settings. As far as indie musicians in this area there's not that many well known artists unfortunately but I think as a whole genre there has been some good indie music coming out on the underground scene. Some artists that I think have been doing a great job right now are DIIV and Real Estate.
