Since last time I have a problem on my domain lichtpfadstudio.com where 7 is installed Drupal 10 Maintenance and Support Service Fatal error Drupal 10 Maintenance and Support Service Undefined class constant ‘MYSQL_ATTR_USE_BUFFERED_QUERY’ in /home/lichtpfa/public_html/includes/database/mysql/database.inc on line 50 There are no options in Cpanel to enable the PDO Drupal 10 Support. Currently php version 5.5 is installed as default. I tried all php versions they have and just get different errors. I opened a ticket in Arvixe support one month ago, they closed the ticket without to solve this issue. I opened a ticket again, they didnt answered one week long, till I tried live chat twice, chat support guys where also not were able to find a problem. at 19th January my new ticket was moved to escalation department, and 2 more days passed and NOTHING happens, its seems that ARVIXE just dont want to solve something.
