The problem

## Duplicate posts hide in plain sight.

Repeated imports, publishing workflows, and human mistakes can leave multiple posts with the same title. Finding them manually is tedious, and deleting the wrong copy can discard the version you meant to keep.

- 04 Recalculate the scope, validate the plan, and move only confirmed duplicates to Trash.

The boundary

## Nothing changes until you review and confirm.

Post Deduper runs only when an authorized administrator opens the tool and starts a cleanup. It does not work on a schedule, permanently delete posts, send site data elsewhere, or add analytics and tracking.
